By accessing and using Brilliance Healthcare Academy (BHA), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are designed to provide professional clinical training and accreditation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Educational Services

BHA provides online healthcare courses, examinations, and certification services. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our clinical content, medical protocols are subject to change by regulatory bodies. It is the responsibility of the professional to stay updated with their specific workplace policies.

3. Membership & Enrollment

Enrollment in courses is subject to payment of the prescribed fees. Prime Plus membership grants lifetime access to certain modules but remains non-transferable. Individual course enrollments may have specific expiration periods for final assessments.

4. Certification Policy

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the required assessments with the specified passing score. BHA reserves the right to withhold certification if academic integrity is compromised. All digital certificates include a unique registry number for global verification.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, refunds are typically not provided once course materials have been accessed or a certificate has been issued. Unusual circumstances may be reviewed by our clinical coordination team on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, video content, images, and clinical diagrams used on this platform are the property of Brilliance Healthcare Academy and are protected by UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
